1、農(nóng)業(yè)資源與環(huán)境學(xué)報(bào)JournalofAgriculturalResourcesandEnvironment2015年2月·第32卷·第1期:20-25February2015·Vol.32·No.1:20-25外加鎘處理下秸稈生物質(zhì)炭對(duì)土壤酶活性的影響*尚藝婕,王海波,史靜(云南農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)資源與環(huán)境學(xué)院,云南昆明650201)摘要:選取秸稈生物質(zhì)炭為原料,通過(guò)模擬實(shí)驗(yàn),探究外加鎘處理下生物質(zhì)炭的輸入對(duì)不同類別的土壤酶活性的影響。結(jié)果表明,外加鎘處理為5mg·kg-1時(shí),土壤碳循環(huán)相關(guān)的酶在不同生物質(zhì)炭量的施入時(shí),對(duì)Cd污染土壤反應(yīng)較為敏感的有FDA水解酶及蛋白酶;
2、而土壤氧化還原酶中在土壤受Cd污染的狀況下,對(duì)不同量的生物質(zhì)炭的施入具有較強(qiáng)敏感性的酶有脲酶和磷酸酶,其中較為顯著者是磷酸酶,其在外加Cd處理下及不加Cd時(shí)變化量為79.40%;同時(shí),對(duì)土壤中的碳循環(huán)酶、氧化還原酶及這2類酶的總體活性各求幾何平均數(shù)作為衡量其綜合活性的指標(biāo)。其中,土壤碳循環(huán)酶酶活綜合指數(shù)介于0.071~0.235之間,在外加Cd處理的情況下,其值最高為生物質(zhì)炭用量為2.5%時(shí)的0.174,比不加生物質(zhì)炭及炭用量為5%時(shí)分別高出7.4%及19.5%;氧化還原酶綜合指數(shù)介于0.093~0.202,在外加Cd處理下,其值最高為生物質(zhì)炭用量2.5%時(shí)的0
