3、舉、民主決策、民主管理、民主監(jiān)督為基本內(nèi)容的村民自治制度，著力推進(jìn)村級(jí)民主建設(shè)，才能更好地適應(yīng)農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展的需要。在碩士研究生學(xué)習(xí)期間，始終關(guān)注我國(guó)村民自治制度的最新研究成果，同時(shí)，作為一名農(nóng)村基層工作者，也一直結(jié)合自身的學(xué)習(xí)收獲和工作實(shí)踐，積極參與探索完善村民自治制度的一些活動(dòng)。隨著對(duì)村民自治制度的日益關(guān)注和農(nóng)村工作實(shí)踐的不斷深入，認(rèn)真分析、探討村民自治面臨的問(wèn)題以及發(fā)展的方向，顯得重要而緊迫。筆者試從分析村民自治的基本概況入手，結(jié)合清苑縣趙莊村村民自治的實(shí)踐及成效，對(duì)村民自治面臨的主要問(wèn)題進(jìn)行探討，以求為新形勢(shì)下完善村民自治制度，為推進(jìn)村民自治建設(shè)提供一些思
