1、內(nèi)蒙古農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文沙柳削片機(jī)飛刀切削角對(duì)切削力影響的試驗(yàn)研究姓名:馬弘躍申請(qǐng)學(xué)位級(jí)別:碩士專業(yè):農(nóng)業(yè)機(jī)械化工程指導(dǎo)教師:童淑敏20070501摘要削片機(jī)作為生產(chǎn)人造板和纖維板的主要設(shè)備之一,已經(jīng)被大量應(yīng)用于實(shí)際生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中。但是,目前生產(chǎn)中用的削片機(jī)普遍存在輸入動(dòng)力大、生產(chǎn)能耗大、噪聲大、工作性能差等問(wèn)題。論文對(duì)削片機(jī)飛刀切削角對(duì)切削力的影響進(jìn)行了研究.基于木材切削的普遍規(guī)律,分析了在實(shí)際切削過(guò)程中各種力的相互作用;自行研制了用于沙柳切削力測(cè)量的小型力傳感器;通過(guò)模擬鼓式削片機(jī)切削過(guò)程,對(duì)不同角度(切削前角y、切削后角
