1、天津大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文間歇式液相本體法聚丙烯生產(chǎn)工藝的優(yōu)化姓名:朱建平申請(qǐng)學(xué)位級(jí)別:碩士專(zhuān)業(yè):化學(xué)工程指導(dǎo)教師:辛峰;劉剛20050701天津大學(xué)I程碩士學(xué)位論文摘要聚丙烯(簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)PP)是一種熱望性合成樹(shù)脂,用途十分廣泛,市場(chǎng)需求一直呈快速增長(zhǎng)態(tài)勢(shì)。在聚烯烴樹(shù)脂中,己成為僅次于聚氯乙烯、聚乙烯的第三大塑料,在合成樹(shù)脂中占有越來(lái)越重要的地位。間歇式液相本體法聚丙烯工藝是七十年代我國(guó)自行開(kāi)發(fā)的。該工藝具有流程短、設(shè)備簡(jiǎn)單、投資小、見(jiàn)效快的特點(diǎn),適合以煉廠氣為原料生產(chǎn)聚丙烯的生產(chǎn)廠家。該工藝同時(shí)存在著產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量不穩(wěn)定,品種單一,成本
2、偏高的缺點(diǎn)。本文針對(duì)現(xiàn)有工藝的不足,并結(jié)合市場(chǎng)需要,通過(guò)更新工藝流程優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)、采用新技術(shù)等手段,從丙烯原料精制、反應(yīng)控制、尾氣回收和降低消耗等幾方面對(duì)聚丙烯生產(chǎn)工藝進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化,使該裝置丙烯單耗和生產(chǎn)成本顯著降低,2001年到2003年,產(chǎn)品單耗從1.29噸丙烯/噸聚丙烯降至1.08噸丙烯/噸聚丙烯,產(chǎn)品完全成本由5400元/噸降至4300元,噸,年直接經(jīng)濟(jì)效益增加近500萬(wàn)元。產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量和自動(dòng)化控制水平有較大的提高。以較少的投入,實(shí)現(xiàn)豐厚的產(chǎn)出是此項(xiàng)工藝優(yōu)化工作的特點(diǎn),其結(jié)果是,不僅為企業(yè)取得了較好的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益,也為提高同類(lèi)
