1、武漢科技大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文低磷緩蝕阻垢劑膦?;人岬膹?fù)配及性能研究姓名:王磊申請(qǐng)學(xué)位級(jí)別:碩士專業(yè):化學(xué)工程指導(dǎo)教師:顏家保20090423武漢科技大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文第1頁(yè)摘要本文對(duì)膦?;人?POCA)系復(fù)合配方(包括羥基乙叉二膦酸(HEDP)、2.膦酸基丁烷.1,2,4_三羧酸(PBTC)、乙酸鋅)在中低硬度型水質(zhì)條件下,采用了旋轉(zhuǎn)掛片失重法和靜態(tài)阻垢法,研究了復(fù)合配方的緩蝕阻垢性能及協(xié)同效應(yīng),并通過(guò)正交試驗(yàn)對(duì)配方各組分濃度進(jìn)行調(diào)整與優(yōu)化,篩選出了環(huán)保、經(jīng)濟(jì)、高效的復(fù)合配方。考察了冷卻水pn值、水溫、鈣離子濃度等因素對(duì)配方緩蝕性能的影響。最后,對(duì)
2、該復(fù)合配方的緩蝕機(jī)理進(jìn)行了探討。研究結(jié)果表明,POCA單組分使用時(shí),阻碳酸鈣垢性能優(yōu)異;POCA與PBTC、HEDP組成的二元配方具有較好的阻碳酸鈣垢協(xié)同效應(yīng),而與舢則無(wú)阻碳酸鈣垢協(xié)同效應(yīng);POCA在高濃度單組分使用時(shí),阻磷酸鈣垢性能優(yōu)異,POCA與PBTC、HEDP組成的二元配方則無(wú)明顯的阻磷酸鈣垢協(xié)同效應(yīng);POCA在與PBTC、HEDP、乙酸鋅共同使用時(shí),緩蝕效果良好,四者之間有顯著的緩蝕協(xié)同效應(yīng)。篩選出的阻碳酸鈣垢復(fù)合配方配比為POCA:PBTC=3·2,POCA:HEDP=4:1,在此配比下,復(fù)配藥劑的阻垢率為100%;阻磷酸鈣垢時(shí),PO

6、altestwasoptimized,thenanowcorrosionandscaleinhibitorcompoundhadbeeninvestigatedinthispaperwhichisenvironmental,economicalandeffective.Finally,themechanismofcorrosionandscaleinhibitorhadbeendiscussed.TheresultindicatesthatthecalciumcarbonatescaleinhibitingperformanceofPOCAise
7、xcellent.ThereisanexcellencesynergisticeffectonthecalciumcarbonatescaleinhibitingbetweenPOCAandPBTC,thetwo—componentmixtureofPOCAandHEDPalsohasthesimilarresult,butthereisnosynergisticeffectbetweenPOCAandATMEthecalciumphosphatescaleinhibitingperformanceofPOCAwhichhasthehighcon
