1、廣西大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文環(huán)保型干粉砂漿的研制姓名:李毅申請(qǐng)學(xué)位級(jí)別:碩士專業(yè):化學(xué)工藝指導(dǎo)教師:陳益蘭20060517環(huán)保型砂蒙粉的研制覆保水增稠材率L的研究環(huán)保型干粉砂漿的研制摘要由于傳統(tǒng)砂漿存在著品種單一、性能不良的缺點(diǎn),已經(jīng)越來越不能適應(yīng)實(shí)際工程的需要,因此,應(yīng)加快建筑砂漿的專業(yè)化進(jìn)程,大力發(fā)展商品砂漿就顯得尤為重要。其中,干粉砂漿以其優(yōu)良的質(zhì)量品質(zhì)、便捷的施工方法和多功能的效果等優(yōu)勢已在歐、美、日等國家迅速發(fā)展和廣泛應(yīng)用。目前干粉砂漿技術(shù)在我國尚處于起步階段,主要開發(fā)了以粉煤灰為摻合料的干粉砂漿。本文以常用的DM5.0砂漿為主要研究對(duì)象,研究了摻有保水增
2、稠材料的粉煤灰環(huán)保干粉砂漿和復(fù)合環(huán)保干粉砂漿。該保水增稠材料由K12、AES,MDA為主要成分復(fù)配而成的復(fù)合型保水增稠材料,通過正交試驗(yàn),分析材料中各種成分對(duì)砂漿稠度、分層度、強(qiáng)度的影響,找出保水增稠材料的最佳配方與摻量,同時(shí)把粉煤灰環(huán)保干粉砂漿和復(fù)合環(huán)保干粉砂漿與傳統(tǒng)砂漿進(jìn)行了對(duì)比,并探討了保水增稠材料的作用機(jī)理。研究表明:摻加保水增稠材料的粉煤灰環(huán)保干粉砂漿和復(fù)合環(huán)保干粉砂漿有效的改善了砂漿的工作性能,提高了砂漿的強(qiáng)度;粉煤灰環(huán)保干粉砂漿和復(fù)合環(huán)保千粉砂漿在一定條件下能夠配制出M2.5~MlO的砂漿。關(guān)鍵詞:保水增稠材料,干粉砂漿,粉煤灰,稠度,抗壓強(qiáng)度
