6、··························44個人簡歷·············································································45中文摘要Shh和Foxm1在上皮性卵巢腫瘤組織中的表達及臨床意義摘要目的:研究Shh和Foxm1在上皮性卵巢腫瘤組織中的表達及其臨床意義。方法:采用免疫組織化學染色方法(IHC)檢測74例卵巢組織標本(正常卵巢組織18例、卵巢良性腫瘤18例、上皮性卵巢細胞癌38例)中Shh蛋白和Foxm1蛋白的表達規(guī)律,并分析兩種因子與上皮性卵巢細胞癌的臨床分期、病理分級、病理類型及淋巴
7、結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移之間的關(guān)系,探討其臨床意義。結(jié)果:1Shh蛋白在正常卵巢組織中表達為陰性,而在卵巢良性腫瘤組織和上皮性卵巢細胞癌組織中呈陽性表達,陽性表達率分別為22.22%(4/18)和81.6%(31/38),且在上皮性卵巢細胞癌中的陽性表達率明顯高于卵巢良性腫瘤,P<0.05,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義。Foxm1蛋白在正常卵巢組織中表達為弱陽性,而在卵巢良性腫瘤和上皮性卵巢細胞癌組織中呈陽性表達,陽性表達率依次為11.11%(2/1
