1、職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院畢業(yè)論文題目:照明LED驅(qū)動電源的設(shè)計學(xué)生:XXX學(xué)號:XXX院(系):職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院專業(yè):XXX指導(dǎo)教師:XXX200年月日V照明LED驅(qū)動電源的設(shè)計摘要隨著電力電子技術(shù)的發(fā)展,LED由于環(huán)保、壽命長、光電效率高等眾多優(yōu)點,近年來在各行業(yè)應(yīng)用得以快速發(fā)展,同時,由于近年來的開關(guān)電源在電子電器各行業(yè)中占了非常重要的位置,由此驅(qū)動LED的開關(guān)電源就成了關(guān)注熱點。理論上,LED的使用壽命在10萬小時以上,但在實際應(yīng)用過程中,由于驅(qū)動電源的設(shè)計及驅(qū)動方式選擇不當(dāng),使LED極易損壞。我們設(shè)計LED驅(qū)動電源時,有必要知道LED電流、電壓特性,由于LED的生產(chǎn)廠家及LED規(guī)格不同,電流、
2、電壓特性均有差異。因此對驅(qū)動電源的設(shè)計提出了嚴(yán)格要求。根據(jù)LED電流、電壓變化特點,采用恒流驅(qū)動方式,是比較理想的LED驅(qū)動方式,它能避免LED正向電壓的改變而引起電流變動,同時恒定的電流使LED的亮度穩(wěn)定。因此眾多廠家選用恒流方式驅(qū)動LED,從而設(shè)計的開關(guān)電源就需要一個能恒流的直流驅(qū)動電源。傳統(tǒng)的開關(guān)電源控制集成電路具有效率高、輸出穩(wěn)定、可靠性高,并可實現(xiàn)遠程控制等功能。完全適合用來驅(qū)動LED的開關(guān)電源。本文主要通過設(shè)計一個恒流驅(qū)動電源來驅(qū)動LED。通過各種電力電子組件和電力電子電路組成一個恒流的電源,達到設(shè)計的要求。關(guān)鍵詞:LED驅(qū)動電路,開關(guān)電源,恒流VTheDesignofLE
