1、基于鯨魚(yú)優(yōu)化算法的無(wú)功優(yōu)化調(diào)度滕德云,滕歡,潘晨,劉鑫(四川大學(xué)電氣信息學(xué)院,成都610065)摘要:針對(duì)目前電力系統(tǒng)中的無(wú)功優(yōu)化問(wèn)題尚缺乏一種能兼顧求解的高效性與全局搜索最優(yōu)性的方法,文中將一種新的啟發(fā)式算法-鯨魚(yú)優(yōu)化算法(WOA)運(yùn)用到電網(wǎng)無(wú)功優(yōu)化調(diào)度中,以系統(tǒng)有功功率損耗最低為目標(biāo)函數(shù),通過(guò)引入懲罰函數(shù)建立無(wú)功優(yōu)化模型,對(duì)IEEE-14節(jié)點(diǎn)系統(tǒng)與IEEE-30節(jié)點(diǎn)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行仿真,并利用單因素方差分析法(One-wayANOVA)將所得結(jié)果與之前的粒子群優(yōu)化算法(PSO)及引入加速度系數(shù)的時(shí)變

8、擴(kuò)大,結(jié)構(gòu)越來(lái)越復(fù)雜,電網(wǎng)安全穩(wěn)定問(wèn)題急需解決。電力系統(tǒng)中無(wú)功功率的變化對(duì)系統(tǒng)安全和運(yùn)行有著重要影響,因此,電網(wǎng)無(wú)功優(yōu)化調(diào)度問(wèn)題受到越來(lái)越多的重視,而無(wú)功功率的合理分配及管理是我們所需要及時(shí)處理的問(wèn)題。電力系統(tǒng)無(wú)功功率優(yōu)化問(wèn)題,以下簡(jiǎn)稱ORPD問(wèn)題,是電力系統(tǒng)最優(yōu)潮流(OPF)問(wèn)題的一部分,是具有離散變量和連續(xù)變量的非線性約束優(yōu)化問(wèn)題,9因此ORPD問(wèn)題是一個(gè)混合非線性規(guī)劃問(wèn)題,它既有等式約束,又有不等式約束。無(wú)功功率的合理優(yōu)化通常包括無(wú)功功率電源的最優(yōu)分布與無(wú)功功率負(fù)荷的最優(yōu)補(bǔ)償,無(wú)功功率的合
