1、第16卷第4期電機(jī)與控制學(xué)報(bào)Vol.16No.42012年4月ELECTRICMACHINESANDCONTROLApr.2012混合勵(lì)磁同步電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)系統(tǒng)弱磁控制1,2111黃明明,林鶴云,金平,顏建虎(1.東南大學(xué)伺服控制技術(shù)教育部工程研究中心,江蘇南京210096;2.河南工程學(xué)院電氣信息工程系,河南鄭州451191)摘要:針對混合勵(lì)磁同步電機(jī)低速大轉(zhuǎn)矩及寬調(diào)速的特點(diǎn),提出一種基于空間電壓矢量算法的弱磁調(diào)速控制方法。該控制方法在速度分區(qū)控制的基礎(chǔ)上,在高速區(qū),采用保持q軸反電勢不變的銅耗最小控制策略,對電樞電流與勵(lì)磁電流進(jìn)行優(yōu)化配置。搭建該電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)系統(tǒng)的仿真模型,對無電流
2、弱磁、勵(lì)磁電流弱磁、d軸電流與勵(lì)磁電流共同弱磁3種不同電流控制模式下的調(diào)速效果進(jìn)行分析;構(gòu)建該電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)控制系統(tǒng)的實(shí)驗(yàn)平臺(tái),通過實(shí)驗(yàn)得到該電機(jī)的啟動(dòng)電流波形與穩(wěn)態(tài)電流波形,對所提出的算法進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證。仿真和實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,在銅耗最小控制條件下,采用d軸電流與勵(lì)磁電流共同弱磁的混合勵(lì)磁同步電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)系統(tǒng)比單純采用勵(lì)磁電流弱磁或無電流弱磁的驅(qū)動(dòng)系統(tǒng)具有更寬的調(diào)速范圍。關(guān)鍵詞:混合勵(lì)磁同步電機(jī);分區(qū)控制;寬調(diào)速;矢量控制;弱磁控制;電流分配器中圖分類號(hào):TM351文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)志碼:A文章編號(hào):1007-449X(2012)04-0008-05Fluxweakeningcontrolfordrivi
