1、武漢科技大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文氧化瀝青的制備及其表征姓名:胡光洲申請學(xué)位級別:碩士專業(yè):化學(xué)工藝指導(dǎo)教師:許斌20040430武漢科技大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文第i頁摘要采用空氣氧化法對中溫瀝青進行了氧化熱聚合處理,研究了氧化溫度、氧化時間和空氣用量對煤瀝青軟化點和結(jié)焦值的影響,發(fā)現(xiàn)煤瀝青的氧化熱聚合是勻速進行的,氧化瀝青的軟化點和結(jié)焦值與氧化溫度和氧化時間之時存在著很好的線性相關(guān)性,增加空氣用量可以起到降低氧化溫度和縮短氧化時間的效果。比較了中溫瀝青和改質(zhì)瀝青原料的氧化效果,發(fā)現(xiàn)中溫瀝青富含輕質(zhì)組份更有利于氧化交聯(lián)反應(yīng)的進行,其氧化縮聚速率較大,并且以中溫
2、瀝青為原料制備的氧化瀝青含有更多的B樹脂。研究了中溫瀝青氧化熱聚合改質(zhì)過程中各種瀝青組分隨氧化溫度和氧化時間的轉(zhuǎn)變規(guī)律,結(jié)果表明在煤瀝青氧化熱聚合期間氧化瀝青的甲苯不溶物和喹啉不溶物組分生成轉(zhuǎn)變具有一定的規(guī)律性,并指出了其對煤瀝青氧化工藝的指導(dǎo)意義。研究了煤瀝青氧化熱聚合改質(zhì)行為,氧化處理使煤瀝青的氧含量明顯增多,并伴隨著氧化脫氫縮聚反應(yīng),從而導(dǎo)致氧化瀝青結(jié)焦值的顯著提高。通過氧化瀝青的熱解失重試驗分析,比較研究了氧化瀝青的熱解縮聚反應(yīng)歷程,結(jié)果表明氧化促進了煤瀝青催化焦化縮聚。關(guān)鍵詞:煤瀝青,空氣氧化,軟化點,結(jié)焦值,氧化聚合篁里戛壅圣登墊
