1、濟(jì)南大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文水性聚氨酯的制備及改性研究姓名:董海軍申請(qǐng)學(xué)位級(jí)別:碩士專業(yè):化學(xué)工藝指導(dǎo)教師:李良波20060528摘要水性聚氨酯是以水為分散介質(zhì)的二元膠體體系,它不僅具有溶劑型聚氨酯的耐低溫、柔韌性好、粘接強(qiáng)度大的優(yōu)良性能,而且具有不易燃燒、有利環(huán)境、節(jié)約能源、操作加工方便等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。近年來,隨著人們環(huán)境保護(hù)意識(shí)的加強(qiáng),水性聚氨酯正在日益得到廣泛的重視。本課題以甲苯二異氰酸酯TDl80/20等為原料,合成了聚氨酯預(yù)聚體,經(jīng)過擴(kuò)鏈反應(yīng)制備了自乳化水性聚氨酯聚合物,通過水分散工藝得到水性聚氨酯乳液。并通過引入環(huán)氧樹脂,制備了環(huán)氧樹脂復(fù)合改性聚氨酯乳液。實(shí)驗(yàn)研究了n(NcO)/n(OH)
2、對(duì)聚合物性能的影響、環(huán)氧樹脂的用量與改性聚合物性能之間的關(guān)系、合成工藝條件的影響。研究了親水基團(tuán)對(duì)水性聚氨酯性能影響,進(jìn)行了不同配比的流動(dòng)性分析。使用紅外光譜對(duì)合成的水性聚氨酯聚合物與環(huán)氧樹脂改性水性聚氨酯聚合物進(jìn)行了結(jié)構(gòu)表征,使用DSc研究了表征了聚合物涂膜的玻璃化轉(zhuǎn)變溫度。研究結(jié)果表明,環(huán)氧樹脂提高了水性聚氨酯的粘結(jié)強(qiáng)度、拉伸強(qiáng)度、硬度、耐水性能和而寸醇性能。改性材料的拉伸強(qiáng)度達(dá)到20.9MPa:硬度達(dá)到3H。關(guān)鍵詞:水性聚氨酯;環(huán)氧樹脂改性;結(jié)構(gòu)表征:性能測(cè)定ABSTRACTWate卜bomepol”lrethaneisabinarycolloidsystemwithwatera
