2、城市生活的健康運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。行列式的住宅布置模式則徹底破壞了住區(qū)的多樣性，單調(diào)和平庸的住區(qū)環(huán)境不可避免。在這樣的背景下，在住區(qū)規(guī)劃中應(yīng)用城市設(shè)計(jì)理念已經(jīng)成為現(xiàn)代住區(qū)規(guī)劃的發(fā)展趨勢。一方面，在城市住區(qū)規(guī)劃中迫切需要城市設(shè)計(jì)理念的指導(dǎo)；另一方面，城市設(shè)計(jì)理念在住區(qū)規(guī)劃中實(shí)現(xiàn)具有堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)。應(yīng)用于城市住區(qū)規(guī)劃中的城市設(shè)計(jì)包括城市住區(qū)規(guī)劃中城市設(shè)計(jì)的任務(wù)、原則、內(nèi)容和方法。這些理念貫穿于住區(qū)規(guī)劃的始終，即與普遍意義上的城市設(shè)計(jì)理論相一致，又有針對于城市住區(qū)規(guī)劃的獨(dú)特性。在城市設(shè)計(jì)理念的指導(dǎo)下，城市住區(qū)規(guī)劃中城市設(shè)計(jì)的內(nèi)容由住區(qū)整體空間設(shè)計(jì)、住區(qū)公共空
