1、租賃合同（14）［適用出租人］第一章合同雙方CHAPER1PARTIES第1條（略）Article1（omitted)第2條（略）Article2（omitted)第3條（略）Article3（omitted)第二章出租房屋CHAPTER2　LEASEDPREMISES4．1甲方同意出租給乙方，乙方同意向甲方租賃按本合同經(jīng)雙方同意的附件B“出租房屋圖示”所確定的房屋。（附件B1：所有的面積表；B2：所有樓層的圖紙中出租面積用粉紅色標(biāo)明；B3：按已批準(zhǔn)的擴(kuò)初設(shè)計(jì)制作的全套建筑圖紙）。該出租房屋與擴(kuò)初設(shè)計(jì)一致，其竣工后與竣工圖一致，并且與本合同的條款

2、一致。甲方得到施工圖就向乙方提供。4.1　SincePartyAagreestoleasetoPartyB，andPartyBacceptstoleasefromPartyAthepremisesasspecifiedintheDescriptionoftheLeasedPremisessetforthintheattachedAppendixB（BI:Listingofallareas;B2:drawingsofallfloorswiththoseareaswhicharesubjecttotheleasehereundercolouredpi

3、nk;B3:aCompletesetofarchitecturaldrawingsasperapprovedpreliminarydesign）asagreedbybothPartiestothisAgreement，inaccordancewiththepreliminarydesignand，afterCompletionofconstructionofsuchpremises，inaccordancewiththedrawingsprepareduponsuchCompletion（hereinafter"LeasedPremises")，

4、and　in　accordance　with　the　terms　and　conditions　of　thisAgreement.ShopdrawingswillbesuppliedtoPartyBbyPartyA　whenavailable.4．2如果因?yàn)橹袊蚪ㄖ夹g(shù)的要求與擴(kuò)初設(shè)計(jì)的圖示相比較，甲方對出租房屋的建筑和／或?qū)ψ詈罂⒐さ某鲎夥课葑髁烁淖?，只要這些變更不改變按本合同規(guī)定的出租房屋的用途，提供了相應(yīng)的裝修和設(shè)備，而且只要這類改變對實(shí)際的使用面積不作大的變化的話，雙方同意這些更改。在這種情況下雙方應(yīng)繼續(xù)受本合同的所有條款的約束，而

6、iesagreetothesechangestotheextentthattheuseoftheLeasedPremisesassetforthinthis　Agreementremainsunchanged，comparablefinishingandequipmentareprovided，andtotheextentthatsuchchangesdonotsubstantiallychangetheactualnetfloorarea;inwhichcasethePartiesshallcontinuetobeboundbyallthete

7、rmsandconditionsofthisAgreementandPartyBherebyundertakesnottobringanyclaimsforcompensationorotherwiseinconnectionwithsuchchanges.4．3出租房屋的建筑的內(nèi)外裝修應(yīng)根據(jù)甲方和出租房屋建筑的承包商之間的施工協(xié)議的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)說明（附件C），由甲方自費(fèi)設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)施。乙方要求對附件C作出的任何改變應(yīng)得到甲方的書面同意，由此而產(chǎn)生的任何費(fèi)用由乙方承擔(dān)。4.3　Theinteriorandthe，exteriorfinishingoftheb
