1、畢業(yè)論文畢業(yè)論文基于WITNESS的生產(chǎn)物流系統(tǒng)仿真學(xué)生姓名:學(xué)號(hào):院系:專業(yè):指導(dǎo)老師:2012年6月畢業(yè)論文基于WITNESS的生產(chǎn)物流系統(tǒng)仿真摘要:隨著全球經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化步伐的加快,制造企業(yè)間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)越來(lái)越激烈。對(duì)于現(xiàn)代制造業(yè)而言,降低產(chǎn)品成本是企業(yè)在競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中取勝的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)。由于加工過(guò)程中各種資源、機(jī)床設(shè)備的加工能力已經(jīng)確定,要想再?gòu)纳a(chǎn)過(guò)程中取得明顯的效益提高已經(jīng)是相當(dāng)困難,而物流過(guò)程仍是一個(gè)可研究并具有較大潛力可挖掘的領(lǐng)域。因此,生產(chǎn)物流系統(tǒng)的研究是提高企業(yè)生產(chǎn)效率,降低生產(chǎn)成本,提高設(shè)備利用率的重要手段。生產(chǎn)物流系統(tǒng)屬于具有高度隨機(jī)性的復(fù)雜離散時(shí)間系統(tǒng),用傳統(tǒng)方法分析比較困難。計(jì)算機(jī)
2、仿真是對(duì)真實(shí)系統(tǒng)的模仿,能夠全面正確的描述有大量隨機(jī)因素存在的復(fù)雜系統(tǒng),對(duì)于分析一般不容易處理的不確定性特別有效。Witness仿真系統(tǒng)提供給用戶關(guān)于實(shí)際系統(tǒng)決策過(guò)程的更廣闊的視角和詳細(xì)的流程信息。本文應(yīng)用Witness的仿真功能,進(jìn)行生產(chǎn)物流系統(tǒng)過(guò)程的仿真,完成了對(duì)生產(chǎn)物流系統(tǒng)過(guò)程的元素定義、可視化設(shè)置、細(xì)節(jié)設(shè)置、模型運(yùn)行等內(nèi)容,并對(duì)結(jié)果進(jìn)行了分析與優(yōu)化。關(guān)鍵詞:生產(chǎn)物流,系統(tǒng)仿真,WITNESS畢業(yè)論文ProductionLogisticsSystemBasedonSimulationWitnessAbstrac:Withthequickeningpaceofglobaleconom
