1、履帶拖拉機無級變速器設(shè)計(總體設(shè)計)摘要液壓傳動可以保證車輛具有穩(wěn)定最佳的速度,并可準確控制和隨意地?zé)o級變化,包括零速和倒擋。以較小體積和重量保證大范圍無級變速的條件下,其最大功率可以達純液壓功率的好幾倍等比連續(xù)式初始段的輸出轉(zhuǎn)速線相對平緩,也有較大的輸出轉(zhuǎn)矩。單行星排式是由單個行星排和一個機械自動變速器組成。本次設(shè)計采用單行星排形式的液壓機械無級傳動方案。液壓機械無級變速器通過調(diào)節(jié)液壓元件的相對排量來實現(xiàn)無級變速的。液壓功率分流比定義為液壓機械變速器中的液壓路的輸出功率(即經(jīng)由液壓路傳遞倒行星排的輸入功率)與變速器總輸出功率的
