1、雙面鏜孔組合機(jī)床液壓系統(tǒng)油路塊與泵站總成設(shè)計摘要本次畢業(yè)設(shè)計的題目是雙面鏜孔組合機(jī)床液壓系統(tǒng)、油路塊與泵站總成設(shè)計,設(shè)計過程包括:設(shè)計方案分析,負(fù)載與速度分析,確定液壓系統(tǒng)主要參數(shù),擬定液壓系統(tǒng)原理圖,計算和選擇液壓元件。本設(shè)計首先介紹了液壓系統(tǒng)的組成及工作原理,分析了液壓技術(shù)的發(fā)展趨勢及其優(yōu)缺點(diǎn),然后根據(jù)本設(shè)計的特點(diǎn)及要求,提出了設(shè)計方案,對設(shè)計要求及工況進(jìn)行了分析,確定了液壓系統(tǒng)的主要參數(shù),選取了液壓缸的工作壓力,最后計算了液壓缸的尺寸。在設(shè)計方案擬定的基礎(chǔ)上,確定了液壓系統(tǒng)原理圖,其中包括幾種基
