1、-污水泵站設(shè)計(jì)（）摘要泵站是為水提供勢能和壓能，解決無自流條件下的排灌、供水和水資源調(diào)配問題的唯一動(dòng)力來源，是解決洪澇災(zāi)害、干旱缺水、水環(huán)境惡化當(dāng)今三大水資源問題的有效工程措施之一。它們承擔(dān)著區(qū)域性的防洪、除澇、灌溉、調(diào)水和供水的重任，主要用于農(nóng)田排灌、城市給排水以及跨流域調(diào)水等。本次設(shè)計(jì)通過對流量的計(jì)算、揚(yáng)程的估算，最終選取200WLI600-25立式泵，三用一備，配套電機(jī)型號為Y280M-2。經(jīng)核算后，其流量和揚(yáng)程都能夠滿足設(shè)計(jì)要求。由于所選水泵為立式泵，故采用橫向排列布置。每臺(tái)水泵都配備單獨(dú)的吸水管路，管徑為350mm；每臺(tái)水泵也配有單獨(dú)的壓水管，管徑為300mm。兩條壓水管合
2、用一條出水干管，管徑為350mm。管材使用焊接鋼管，管道敷設(shè)采用明裝。采用集水池與機(jī)器間合建式的矩形泵站。經(jīng)計(jì)算集水池的長為5.95m，寬為4.2m；出水井的長為8m，寬為1.2米。在設(shè)計(jì)中，對泵房內(nèi)部的標(biāo)高進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的計(jì)算，確定了泵與泵之間的距離為2.0m，泵與電機(jī)之間的距離為2.5m，水泵距吸水管側(cè)墻3m，水泵距出水管側(cè)墻4m，在泵房右側(cè)設(shè)大門，水泵距大門的距離為5m。輔助設(shè)備選取了XWB-Ⅱ-2.5-3型機(jī)械格柵、YZ-60Z壓力表和SL型手動(dòng)單梁起重機(jī)。最終確定了泵房檢修間的高度為6.37m，地下部分的高度為8.02m。--理論上，所設(shè)計(jì)內(nèi)容滿足《泵站設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范》的要求，具有可
