6、燃油控制標準汽輪機HU-20油控制標準飽和水與飽和蒸汽表啟停參考曲線英漢對照表METS操作面板說明OIS鍵盤操作說明第一章設(shè)備規(guī)范及特性第一節(jié)汽輪機設(shè)備主要技術(shù)性能1.1.1總述:本汽輪機為300MW亞臨界、中間一次再熱、雙缸雙排汽高中壓合缸凝汽式機組。與1025t/h鍋爐及300MW水、氫、氫冷發(fā)電機配套,鍋爐與汽輪機熱力系統(tǒng)采用單元制布置,機組適宜帶基本負荷,但也可作為調(diào)峰機組使用。1.1.2結(jié)構(gòu)特點:1.汽缸本機組為高壓汽缸合缸,通流部分反向布置,高壓缸高溫部分采用雙層缸結(jié)構(gòu)。主蒸汽及再熱蒸汽進汽部分集中在高中壓缸中部。低壓缸為雙缸雙排汽,
7、對稱分流,也采用雙層缸結(jié)構(gòu),內(nèi)缸為通流部分,外缸為排汽部分。2.轉(zhuǎn)子高中壓轉(zhuǎn)子為整鍛結(jié)構(gòu),高壓轉(zhuǎn)子由一個單列調(diào)節(jié)級和九個壓力級組成,中壓轉(zhuǎn)子由六個壓力級組成,低壓轉(zhuǎn)子由2×6個壓力級組成(雙流)也采用整鍛結(jié)構(gòu)。高中壓轉(zhuǎn)子與低壓轉(zhuǎn)子,低壓轉(zhuǎn)子與發(fā)電機轉(zhuǎn)子均采用剛性連接。3.軸承汽輪機軸承為四點支撐。高中壓轉(zhuǎn)子和低壓轉(zhuǎn)子分別由1#、2#和3#、4#軸承支撐,4個支持軸承均為帶球面軸瓦套的橢圓軸承,整個汽輪發(fā)電機組共有10個支持軸承,1 ̄6#軸承下瓦上設(shè)有頂軸油孔。推力軸承為活動可傾瓦塊型(即密切爾型),設(shè)在2#軸承箱內(nèi)。4.盤車裝置本裝置設(shè)在低壓后軸
8、承箱蓋上,采用低速盤車,轉(zhuǎn)速為834.29r/min,當汽輪機轉(zhuǎn)速大于盤車轉(zhuǎn)速時,盤車能自動脫扣,為減少盤車電動機啟動力矩,設(shè)有頂軸裝置
