2、發(fā)展規(guī)劃,并給出具體的業(yè)務(wù)管理推進(jìn)項(xiàng)目和服務(wù)管理推進(jìn)項(xiàng)目。如何制定鋼鐵企業(yè)的戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃,國內(nèi)外尚無現(xiàn)成模式可供參考。本文基于核心競爭力的寶鋼股份戰(zhàn)略管理及發(fā)展規(guī)劃的理論探索和實(shí)踐研究,對實(shí)現(xiàn)公司“成為全球最具競爭力的鋼鐵企業(yè)”的戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo),實(shí)現(xiàn)跨越式發(fā)展具有指導(dǎo)作用。同時(shí),本文的研究也為大型鋼鐵企業(yè)制定戰(zhàn)略管理規(guī)劃有一定的參考和借鑒意義。關(guān)鍵詞:寶鋼股份;經(jīng)營環(huán)境;核心競爭力;戰(zhàn)略管理;發(fā)展規(guī)劃m東北大學(xué)博士學(xué)位論文ABSTRACTTheresearchesofbaosteelsharestrategymanageme
