1、..高壓開關(guān)柜溫度在線監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)摘要開關(guān)柜是保證電力系統(tǒng)安全運行的重要設(shè)備之一，但是經(jīng)常因為開關(guān)柜局部過熱，而引起事故，造成損失。在以往的開關(guān)柜過熱故障檢測中，采用人工巡檢，不僅費時、費力，而且不易及時發(fā)現(xiàn)事故。開關(guān)柜過熱故障在線監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)不僅克服了開關(guān)柜內(nèi)高溫、高壓、強磁場環(huán)境下溫度不易監(jiān)測的難題，而且通過監(jiān)控軟件實時顯示開關(guān)柜內(nèi)測點的當(dāng)前溫度值，并做出報警處理，節(jié)省了大量人力、物力，提高了事故預(yù)判的準(zhǔn)確性、實時性。本文從硬件和軟件兩個方面介紹了監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計過程。硬件方面設(shè)計了兩種不同的溫度傳感系統(tǒng)：中壓開關(guān)柜過熱故障監(jiān)測采用光纖式溫度傳感器，同
2、時采用光纖傳輸數(shù)據(jù)；低壓開關(guān)柜采用單總線數(shù)字式溫度傳感器，數(shù)據(jù)采用無線傳輸。監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)軟件主要實現(xiàn)了實時顯示測點溫度，并對溫度數(shù)據(jù)做出分析、報警、保存等功能。及時提醒工作人員對報警情況做出處理，避免事故的發(fā)生。關(guān)鍵詞：開關(guān)柜在線監(jiān)測溫度傳感器實時監(jiān)控軟件MFCADO...AbstractAsthemostimportantequipment,Metal-cladswitchgearguaranteethesafeoperationofelectricpowersystem.Sometimes,thetemperatureofpartofMetal-
