1、北京工業(yè)大學博士學位論文DKDP晶體生長及其結(jié)構(gòu)修復研究姓名:常新安申請學位級別:博士專業(yè):材料學指導教師:周美玲20080301北京丁業(yè)大學T學博十學位論文初步顯示出了退火對晶體結(jié)構(gòu)缺陷的修復效果;通過單摻Rb’。與雙摻Rb十和D2As04"對DKDP晶體結(jié)構(gòu)缺陷實施化學修復,實驗發(fā)現(xiàn)這兩種摻質(zhì)在體系中的分配系數(shù)太大,特別是D2As04。的摻入導致晶體開裂,但單摻I地’未使晶體的結(jié)構(gòu)有太大變動。對以不同方式生長的DKDP晶體退火前后的光學、光譜性質(zhì)和電光性能進行了較全面的測試,以考察不同方式所生長晶體的品質(zhì)和結(jié)構(gòu)修復效果。結(jié)果顯示
2、,片狀籽晶c向生長和點狀籽晶全方位生長的晶體接近籽晶恢復區(qū)部分光學均勻性明顯較差,退火后有所改善,遠離籽晶的錐頭部位晶體質(zhì)量最好,而利用錐頭籽晶生長的晶體所有生長部分的光學質(zhì)量都較好;退火對所有不同方式生長的晶體均有明顯修復效果,特別是生長質(zhì)量較差的晶體退火修復效果更加顯著,可轉(zhuǎn)變成基本能使用的晶體,但質(zhì)量很差的晶體退火時會發(fā)生高程度開裂;另外退火后晶體的紫外區(qū)透過率略有增大,摻Rb+使晶體透過曲線藍移,這些都有利于晶體在紫外區(qū)的利用;化學修復效果不夠理想,還有待于進一步深入研究。關(guān)鍵詞溶液性質(zhì);DKDP晶體;生長方式;結(jié)構(gòu)修復·I
