4、emodulationisdesignedandfabricated.TheopticalfiberMEMSpressuresensorisdesignedbytheoreticalanalysisandnumericalsimulation.TheimpactofthesensorparametersOffperformanceisdiscussedandoptimized.AuniqueconfigurationofSi-Glass-Fibermicrocavityispresented,whichutilizesthecommercialfiberand
5、flange.Thedemodulationsystemofthesensorissetup。AphasedemodulationmethodbasedOffaFouriertransformationisexploredExperimentalresultsdemonstratethatthesensorhasreasonableperformance,AnopticalMEMSpressuresensorbasedonamesa-diaphragmispresented.Themechanicalmodelofthesensorisfoundandmaxi
6、umdeflectionofthemembraneisdeduced.Thesignalaveragingeffectofthemesadiaphragmisvalidatedbysimulation,andiscomparedwiththeplanaroneolltheparallelism。Fabricationprocessofthesensoris‘introduced,especiallythedoublealignmentinthephotolithography.Experimentalresultsdemonstratethatthesenso
