3、ofresearchers.Withthedevelopmentofdistributedartificialintelligencetechnology,AgenttechnologyandMulti—agentsystemtheoryhasprovidedatheoryfoundationforthestudyofsoftwareintelligentunderdistributedenvironment,astheurbantrafficsignalcontrolisinherentlydistributed,ithasverygoodprospecttoa
4、doptthemulti-Agenttechnologytostudyurbantrafficsignalcontrolproblem.Inthispaper,combinedwithAgenttechnology,adistributedandcoordinatedtrafficsignalcontrolsystembasedonUTSCAisproposed.Firstly,thispapercarriedonstructuraldesignforUTSCAatsingleintersection,describeditsworkprocess,andhasc
5、arriedonthedesigntothestudypatternofthestudyunit,andthen,carriedonthestructuraldesignforthetrafficsignalcontrolsystembasedonUTSCA,andtheformaldescriptionofthesystem.Then,selectstrafficstatesofsingleintersection,formsquantitativedescriptionforthearrivedcarsandsignalstatesofintersection
6、throughfuzzyclassifying,andconstructsthesignalcontrolrules,takesthetotalstopdelayofcarsfortheoptimizedgoal,usestheimprovedQ-learningalgorithmtocarryontheAgenttrainingtoimprovethesignalcontrolrule.Bycomparingthemethodwithtraditionalmethodthroughsimulation.simulationresultindicatesthatt
