1、橋梁建設(shè)2015年第45卷第2期(總第231期)94BridgeConstruction,Vo1.45,No.2,2015(TotallyNo.231)文章編號:1003—4722(2015)02—0094—05萬州長江三橋橋塔設(shè)計李剛(中鐵大橋勘測設(shè)計院集團(tuán)有限公司,湖北武漢430056)摘要:萬州長江三橋為雙塔混合梁斜拉橋,跨徑布置為(4x57.5+730+4×57.5)m。橋塔采用具有歐式建筑風(fēng)格的鉆石塔型,既減小了水下基礎(chǔ)規(guī)模,又與當(dāng)?shù)亟ㄖ嗟靡嬲?。橋塔由上、中、下塔柱和下橫梁構(gòu)成,南塔高248.12m,北塔高208.2m,兩塔下橫梁以上保持一致。由于地形的限制,南、
2、北塔下塔柱高度相差懸殊,為充分考慮兩塔剛度差的影響,直接在全橋總體模型中進(jìn)行橋塔分析。采取3項措施(對下橫梁進(jìn)行分節(jié)段澆筑、優(yōu)化下塔柱與下橫梁截面及對下塔柱增設(shè)豎向預(yù)應(yīng)力)有效解決了北塔下塔柱與下橫梁形成的橫向框架剛度過大的難題。采,rfl橫向框架桿系模型與節(jié)段細(xì)部實體模型結(jié)合的方法,確定了理想的索塔錨固區(qū)預(yù)應(yīng)力布置形式。受力分析表明,橋塔各構(gòu)件均滿足規(guī)范要求。關(guān)鍵詞:斜拉橋;橋塔;塔型;橫向框架;索塔錨固區(qū);結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計;關(guān)鍵技術(shù);有限元法中圖分類號:U448.27;U443.38文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)志碼:ADesignofPylonsofThirdWanzhouChangjiangRive
