1、摘要沖壓模具是模具工業(yè)的重要組成部分。本文在分析和總結(jié)國(guó)內(nèi)外沖壓模具設(shè)計(jì)制造的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)沖模CAD系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)方法和實(shí)現(xiàn)技術(shù)進(jìn)行了研究。并選取基于三維的實(shí)體建模工具SolidWorks為開(kāi)發(fā)平臺(tái),以VB為開(kāi)發(fā)語(yǔ)言,開(kāi)發(fā)了沖模CAD系統(tǒng)。主要內(nèi)容包括:1.結(jié)合制造業(yè)及CAD技術(shù)的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r,論述了沖模CAD的研究現(xiàn)狀,分析了存在的主要問(wèn)題,指出了沖模CAD的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)和研究?jī)?nèi)容,并給出了解決思路;2.介紹了沖壓模具的設(shè)計(jì)知識(shí)、支持沖模CAD系統(tǒng)開(kāi)發(fā)的相關(guān)設(shè)計(jì)技術(shù)。并結(jié)合沖模結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)方法和特點(diǎn),構(gòu)建了基于模塊化的沖模CAD系統(tǒng)的體系結(jié)構(gòu)及功能模
2、型;3.研究沖模CAD系統(tǒng)開(kāi)發(fā)中的模塊化設(shè)計(jì)技術(shù)。實(shí)現(xiàn)了基于模塊化的沖模零部件實(shí)例規(guī)劃、模塊化的數(shù)據(jù)建模和基于模塊化的沖壓模具變型設(shè)計(jì)方法;4.對(duì)SolidWorks的二次開(kāi)發(fā)技術(shù)、沖模CAD系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)技術(shù)和基于VB的數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)開(kāi)發(fā)及應(yīng)用等進(jìn)行了詳盡的論述;5.介紹了沖模CAD系統(tǒng)的功能模塊,給出了系統(tǒng)的幾個(gè)主要界面,最后通過(guò)幾個(gè)設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)例說(shuō)明了系統(tǒng)的功能及操作方法;6.對(duì)本文所進(jìn)行的工作做了總結(jié),指出了不足之處,并對(duì)將來(lái)的工作進(jìn)行了展望。關(guān)鍵詞:CAD沖壓模具模塊化設(shè)計(jì)二次開(kāi)發(fā)ABSTRACTStampingdieisaveryimpo
