1、浙江大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文單管超高頻感應(yīng)加熱電源的研究姓名:樸貞愛申請(qǐng)學(xué)位級(jí)別:碩士專業(yè):電力電子與電力傳動(dòng)指導(dǎo)教師:陳輝明20050304浙江大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文&一722887摘要本文以高頻感應(yīng)加熱電源為技術(shù)背景,概述了感應(yīng)加熱技術(shù)和現(xiàn)狀,對(duì)各類感應(yīng)加熱電源的拓?fù)溥M(jìn)行了分析比較,重點(diǎn)對(duì)E類單管高頻感應(yīng)加熱電源的控制原理和驅(qū)動(dòng)電路進(jìn)行了研究,并給出了具體的實(shí)現(xiàn)方式。第一章主要概述了感應(yīng)加熱的基本原理,以及國(guó)內(nèi)外高頻感應(yīng)加熱電源技術(shù)的發(fā)展和現(xiàn)狀,并簡(jiǎn)述了本課題所作的主要工作。第二章分別對(duì)現(xiàn)有的全橋、半橋與單管感應(yīng)加熱電源的拓?fù)?,幾種典型的單管逆變器拓?fù)溥M(jìn)行了比較分析,并
2、且對(duì)單管逆變器現(xiàn)有的幾種調(diào)功方式進(jìn)行了討論。第三章對(duì)應(yīng)用在主電路中的無源元件和有源器件的高頻特性進(jìn)行了分析,并選出適合應(yīng)用在高頻情況下的主要元器件類型。第四章對(duì)所選出的E類逆變電路的工作原理進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的分析,并且對(duì)電路中若干參數(shù)變化對(duì)電路特性的彤響進(jìn)行了討論,在此基礎(chǔ)上提出了E類逆變電路的閉環(huán)控制理論及其實(shí)現(xiàn)的可能性。第五章給出本課題系統(tǒng)框圖及逆變器控制與驅(qū)動(dòng)電路中重要環(huán)節(jié)的分析與最后實(shí)現(xiàn)方案,并給出了實(shí)驗(yàn)的結(jié)果和結(jié)論。最后,論文對(duì)本課題所作的工作做了簡(jiǎn)要的總結(jié)。關(guān)鍵詞:感應(yīng)加熱,E類逆變,閉環(huán)控制塑堅(jiān)查蘭堡主堂垡堡苧ABSTRACTBasedonengine
