2、rstandtheelectromagneticfieldsurroundingtheequipment.Therefore,varioussensorsformeasuringtheelectricfieldhavebeendeveloped.Amongthem,sincetheelectricfieldsensorusingaMath—Zehnderinterferometerfeatureswidebandwidth,highsensitivity,andhighresolution,itsappl
3、icationinEMCmeasurementisexperted..First,thispaperhasintroducedtheoperationprincipleoftheopticalwaveguideelectricfieldsensor,andbuiltaequivalentcircuitmodeloftheelectricfieldsensorandasystemmodel.Andthenthesensitivity,thefrequencyresponseandthelinearitydy
4、namicrangeareanalyzeddetailedly.Thesimulatedresultsshowthatwecanimprovethesensitivitybysettingtheopticalbiasat刑2,reducingthegapofelectrode,increasingtheoverlapintegralfactor,reducingtheinsertlose,adoptingsuitablesegmentationnumber,increasingtheelectrodele
5、ngth,increasingtheopticalpower,reducingthewavelengthandtherelativeintensitynoiseandreducingthereceivebandwidth;obtainthewiderbandwidthutilizingreducingtheelectrodelengthandthecapacitanceofmodulator,segmentationtheelectrode;increasethedynamicrangeusinglowe
