1、本科生畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)摘要輕型汽車在商用汽車生產(chǎn)中占有很大的比重,而且驅(qū)動橋在整車中十分重要。驅(qū)動橋作為汽車四大總成之一,它的性能的好壞直接影響整車性能,而對于載貨汽車顯得尤為重要。為滿足目前當(dāng)前載貨汽車的快速、高效率、高效益的需要時,必須要搭配一個高效、可靠的驅(qū)動橋。設(shè)計(jì)出結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、工作可靠、造價(jià)低廉的驅(qū)動橋,能大大降低整車生產(chǎn)的總成本,推動汽車經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,并且通過對汽車驅(qū)動橋的學(xué)習(xí)和設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)踐,可以更好的學(xué)習(xí)并掌握現(xiàn)代汽車設(shè)計(jì)與機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)的全面知識和技能,所以本題設(shè)計(jì)一款結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)良的輕型貨車驅(qū)動橋具有一定的實(shí)際意義。本文首先確
2、定主要部件的結(jié)構(gòu)型式和主要設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù),在分析驅(qū)動橋各部分結(jié)構(gòu)形式、發(fā)展過程及其以往形式的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)的基礎(chǔ)上,確定了總體設(shè)計(jì)方案,采用傳統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)方法對驅(qū)動橋各部件主減速器、差速器、半軸、橋殼進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算并完成校核。最后運(yùn)用AUTOCAD完成裝配圖和主要零件圖的繪制。關(guān)鍵詞:輕型貨車;驅(qū)動橋;單級主減速器;差速器;半軸;橋殼13本科生畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)ABSTRACT.Pickuptruckstakealargeproportionofcommercialvehiclesproduction,andthedriveaxleisoneoft
