3、hed:Mar.22,2017AbstractInMay,AugustandOctoberfrom2012to2013,thewaterqualityoftheMaolingjiangRiverinletwasmonitored.Thetotalnitrogen,totalphosphorus,inorganicnitrogen,inorganicphosphorus,chemicaloxygendemand(COD)andpetroleumdatawereanalyzedinordertoresear

4、chthedy-namicchangesandtrendsofthewaterqualityindicators.Meanwhile,thesingle-factorevaluation,nitrogenandphosphorusratio,eutrophicationindexmethodswereusedtoanalyzeandevaluatethewaterquality.TheresultsshowedthatthewaterqualityoftheMaolingjiangRiverinlete

5、x-ceededthestandardthroughouttheyearfrom2012to2013,andthetotalnitrogen,totalphos-phorusandpetroleumexcessivesituationswerenotserious,buttheinorganicnitrogenandinor-ganicphosphorusinAugustandOctoberof2012exceededmorethanthenationalstandardandreachedinthef

6、ourlevelwaterqualitystandards.ThenitrogenandphosphorusratiosintheMao-lingjiangRiverinletfrom2012to2013wereallindifferentdegreeofimbalance.Amongthem,phosphoruswasthemainlimitingfactorofphytoplanktongrowthinMayin2012,butthenitrogenhadbecomethelimitingfacto

7、rofphytoplanktongrowthin2013.ThereweredifferentdegreesofeutrophicationphenomenaintheMaolingjiangRiverinletfrom2012to2013.Amongthem,theeutrophicationphenomenonwasthemostseriousinOctoberin2012and2013.ThemainreasonisthattheCODcontentinwaterisseriouslyexceed

8、ingthestandard,whichindicatesthatthewa-terbodyisaffectedbyurbansewageandthelivestockandpoultrybreedingindustrysourcesoforganicpollutionhavebeenveryserious.Relevantdepartmentsshouldformulateapracticalpro-gramforthestrictcon
