3、racters,suchasfiregrounding,bamboogroundingandtreetopgrounding,cancausesinglephasehigh-impedancegroundingfaultfrequently,whichcauselowlevelcurrentinpractice.Especiallyinthecaseofthehigh-voltagetransmissionlines,highimpedancefaults(HIF)arecharacterizedbya
4、nintermittentArc-typenatureandlowlevelofthefaultcurrents.Thedetectionofthelow-levelgroundcurrentswiththeconventionalover-currentrelaysisdifficultandsometimesinaccurate.Toanalysisthefaultcomponent,wavelettransformcanbeseenasawell-developedmathematicaltool
