1、缸體鉆孔組合機(jī)床設(shè)計(jì)摘要組合機(jī)床是根據(jù)工件加工需要,以大量通用部件為基礎(chǔ)。配以少量專用部件組成的一種高效率專用機(jī)床。本次設(shè)計(jì)的是汽缸體雙面鉆孔組合機(jī)床,汽缸體是發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)的主要部件,屬于大批大量生產(chǎn)的零件,從經(jīng)濟(jì)性上考慮,為適應(yīng)生產(chǎn)需求采用組合機(jī)床較為合理。根據(jù)組合機(jī)床的特點(diǎn),設(shè)計(jì)步驟主要包括:調(diào)查研究、總體方案設(shè)計(jì)、技術(shù)設(shè)計(jì)、工作設(shè)計(jì)。調(diào)查研究:根據(jù)被加工零件圖樣,研究其尺寸、形狀、材料、硬度、重量、加工部位的結(jié)構(gòu)及加工精度和表面粗糙度要求等內(nèi)容。同時(shí)深入調(diào)查了解生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)狀況??傊?,通過調(diào)查研究應(yīng)為組合機(jī)床總體設(shè)計(jì)提供必要的大量的數(shù)據(jù)、資料,做好充分的、全面的技術(shù)準(zhǔn)備??傮w方案設(shè)計(jì)
2、:組要包括制定工藝方案、確定機(jī)床配置形式、制定影響機(jī)床總體布局和技術(shù)性能的主要部件的結(jié)構(gòu)方案。總體設(shè)計(jì)的具體工作是編制“三圖一卡”,即繪制被加工零件工序圖、加工示意圖、機(jī)床尺寸聯(lián)系圖,編制生產(chǎn)效率計(jì)算卡。技術(shù)設(shè)計(jì):根據(jù)總體設(shè)計(jì)已經(jīng)確定的“三圖一卡”,設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)床個(gè)專用部件正式總圖,如設(shè)計(jì)夾具、多軸箱等裝配圖以及根據(jù)運(yùn)動(dòng)部件有關(guān)參數(shù)和機(jī)床循環(huán)要求,設(shè)計(jì)液壓和電氣控制原理圖。工作設(shè)計(jì):當(dāng)技術(shù)設(shè)計(jì)通過審后即可展開工作設(shè)計(jì),即繪制各個(gè)專用部件的施工圖樣、編制各個(gè)部件零件明細(xì)表。通過以上設(shè)計(jì)步驟,本次設(shè)計(jì)的汽缸體雙面鉆孔組合機(jī)床充份滿足了生產(chǎn)需求,達(dá)到了預(yù)期的設(shè)計(jì)目標(biāo)。關(guān)鍵詞:組合機(jī)床,三圖一
