1、湖南大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文UV混雜固化膠印油墨的研制姓名:熊平凡申請(qǐng)學(xué)位級(jí)別:碩士專業(yè):應(yīng)用化學(xué)指導(dǎo)教師:唐薰;張旭東2002.11.25摘要f本文根據(jù)uV固化機(jī)理,對(duì)自由基一陽離子混雜體系油墨進(jìn)彳亍了研究。在環(huán)氧丙烯酸酯和環(huán)氧樹船簡單混合混雜體系油墨配方的探索中,發(fā)現(xiàn)它∥的性能并不理想。因此,/)本研究自行合成了一種混雜體系預(yù)聚體一雙酚A環(huán)氧樹脂單丙烯酸酯,它的分子上既有丙烯酸酯官能團(tuán),又有環(huán)氧官能團(tuán)。通過測定反應(yīng)體系的酸值、碘值和環(huán)氧值,得出優(yōu)化合成條件是丙烯酸與環(huán)氧樹臘。中環(huán)氧基的配比為1:2(tooi數(shù)之比),催化劑為DMB^,加入量為0.5%J阻聚劑加入量為0.0496
2、,反應(yīng)溫度為95℃,充氮?dú)獗Wo(hù),反應(yīng)到酸值小于6。另外,對(duì)丙烯酸縮水甘油酯的合成進(jìn)行了初步探索。測定了環(huán)氧丙烯酸單酯的基本性能。它的粘度為llOPa.S,活性稀釋劑中,采用TMPTA,體系固化速度最快1自制了一種活性胺,它可以有效地減弱氧氣的阻聚作用;光引發(fā)劑中13的活性最好,引發(fā)劑的濃度有一個(gè)最佳點(diǎn):光固化速度隨著固化溫度升高而升高;混雜體系樹脂的儲(chǔ)存穩(wěn)定性也合格。用合成的環(huán)氧丙烯酸單酯作預(yù)聚體,配制了混雜體系膠印油墨。用環(huán)氧丙烯酸單酯和丙烯酸縮水甘油酯配制的混雜體系油墨,性能優(yōu)越,但成本較高。采用TPGDA作稀釋劑,可以降低成本,通過調(diào)整配方,性能也比較、德越,取得了預(yù)
