1、合肥工業(yè)大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文納米三坐標(biāo)測(cè)量機(jī)的誤差分離與精度評(píng)定姓名:李啟標(biāo)申請(qǐng)學(xué)位級(jí)別:碩士專業(yè):測(cè)試計(jì)量技術(shù)與儀器指導(dǎo)教師:陳曉懷20090401納米三坐標(biāo)測(cè)量機(jī)的誤差分離與精度評(píng)定摘要現(xiàn)代制造業(yè)的發(fā)展對(duì)三坐標(biāo)測(cè)量機(jī)提出更高的速度和精度要求,特別是隨著電子工業(yè)的發(fā)展,精度參數(shù)多為納米級(jí)的微型儀器不斷出現(xiàn)。本文以正在研制的新型納米三坐標(biāo)測(cè)量機(jī)為對(duì)象,在研究納米三坐標(biāo)測(cè)量機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)特征和受力分析基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)影響納米三坐標(biāo)測(cè)量機(jī)精度的主要誤差源進(jìn)行分析。根據(jù)納米測(cè)量機(jī)的結(jié)構(gòu)和精度要求,選用測(cè)量頭和激光源分開的三光束平面反射激光干涉儀SP2000一TR
2、設(shè)計(jì)誤差分離裝置,設(shè)計(jì)了納米測(cè)量機(jī)各單項(xiàng)誤差的分離方案,實(shí)現(xiàn)了測(cè)量機(jī)示值誤差、角運(yùn)動(dòng)誤差、直線度運(yùn)動(dòng)誤差的一次性分離。研究基于速度瞬時(shí)中心的工作臺(tái)導(dǎo)軌誤差高精度分離方法,認(rèn)為工作臺(tái)實(shí)際瞬時(shí)中心是時(shí)變的,進(jìn)行了工作臺(tái)速度中心坐標(biāo)和任意點(diǎn)的坐標(biāo)誤差的計(jì)算公式的理論推導(dǎo),從理論上設(shè)計(jì)了基于運(yùn)動(dòng)瞬時(shí)中心的誤差分離與修正方法?;谌螛訔l插值理論和雙三次樣條插值理論,以編程軟件LabVIEW作為虛擬界面編程平臺(tái),編制誤差曲線擬合程序和曲面擬合程序,為誤差的修正提供軟件基礎(chǔ)。最后,從理論上說(shuō)明如何對(duì)修正后的納米三坐標(biāo)測(cè)量機(jī)進(jìn)行精度的評(píng)定。關(guān)鍵詞:納米
