1、橋梁建設(shè)2012年第42卷第5期(總第215期)BridgeConstruction,Vo1.42,No.5,2012(TotallyNo.215)文章編號:1003—4722(2012)05—0051一O6向莆鐵路莆田特大橋右線矮墩大跨連續(xù)剛構(gòu)橋設(shè)計(jì)蔡華炳(中土集團(tuán)福州勘察設(shè)計(jì)研究院有限公司,福建福州350013)摘要:向莆鐵路莆田特大橋分左、右2座單線橋跨越福廈高速公路,右線橋采用(87.3+146+87.3)m連續(xù)剛構(gòu)橋。該橋主梁位于小半徑平面曲線(R一1600m)上,采用單箱單室直腹板變高箱梁,梁體采用C55高性能混凝土,全梁共設(shè)7
2、道橫隔板,三向預(yù)應(yīng)力體系。下部中墩采用雙柱柔性薄壁墩,墩高僅13m,在墩梁交界處設(shè)梗肋,中墩基礎(chǔ)均采用8根2.2m鉆孔灌注樁;邊墩采用矩形截面橋墩,基礎(chǔ)均采用u根1.25m鉆孔灌注樁。采用軟件BSASV4.32和ASCBv4.74、MIDASCiv—il、TB1分別對主橋結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行平面靜力分析、局部應(yīng)力分析、動力特性及車一橋耦合動力響應(yīng)分析,分析結(jié)果表明:該橋梁體頂、底板正應(yīng)力和腹板剪應(yīng)力、墩身受力均能滿足規(guī)范要求;主橋結(jié)構(gòu)具有良好的動力性及列車走行性,列車通過橋梁時(shí)的安全性和乘坐舒適性均能滿足要求。關(guān)鍵詞:鐵路橋;剛構(gòu)橋;橋梁設(shè)計(jì);靜力分析
