2、ChinaAbstract:Thehydraulicsystemincludinghigh-speedinjectionpansofinjectionmoldingmachinehasbeendeveloped.Thesimulationmodelforhigh-speedinjectionsystemwasobtainedbyu—singAMESimsoftware.Theinfluenceofkeyparametersisanalyzedinelectro-hydraulicservosystemintermsofdynamiccontroleffectofscrew
3、duringinjectionprocess.Boththecontrolstrat-egyandimplementationmethodofelectro—hydraulicposition-speedservosystemareintroduced.ThecontroIofdoublevariablesfortheinjectionpositionandspeedisrealizedinthesamesystemandtheoptimalsimulationresultshavebeenobtained.Keywords:high-speedinjectionmold
