1、哈爾濱T業(yè)人學(xué)工程碩t:學(xué)位論文摘要?dú)溲趸V作為環(huán)境友好型水處理劑,近年來(lái)在環(huán)保領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用引起了人們的極大關(guān)注。本論文對(duì)氫氧化鎂凈化酸性重金屬離子Ni",C尸十、Cd2、Hg2廢水進(jìn)行了研究,以期為氫氧化鎂水處理劑的工業(yè)應(yīng)用提供理論和實(shí)驗(yàn)依據(jù)。1系統(tǒng)地研究了氫氧化鎂對(duì)酸性重金屬離子Ni2',Cr",Cd2+,Hg2十廢水處理的效能、特性、實(shí)驗(yàn)條件,確定了最佳處理?xiàng)l件,并對(duì)混合廢水、實(shí)際電鍍廢水進(jìn)行了處理。通過(guò)等溫吸附特性和粉末X一衍射研究,探討了氫氧化鎂處理重金屬離子廢水的機(jī)理,給出了氫氧化鎂處理重命屬離子的飽和吸附量。氫氧化鎂對(duì)于重金屬離子Ni",Cr3
2、1,Cd2+的吸附符合Langmuir等溫吸附規(guī)律,為典型的化學(xué)吸附。2首次探討了氫氧化鎂在處理重金屬離子廢水中的回收利用問(wèn)題,研究表明吸附過(guò)Ni",Cr3+,Cd2+的氫氧化鎂經(jīng)輕燒處理后,還可以多次用于處理此類(lèi)重金屬離子酸性廢水。3XRD分析結(jié)果表明,吸附過(guò)Nit十、Cr3+,Cd2+的氫氧化鎂經(jīng)輕燒處理后變成了氧化鎂,再次凈化廢水后氧化鎂轉(zhuǎn)化為氫氧化鎂,重金屬離子則轉(zhuǎn)化為相應(yīng)的氫氧化物或氧化物。通過(guò)實(shí)驗(yàn)還發(fā)現(xiàn),氫氧化鎂去除含汞離子酸性廢水,效果一般,通常不適用于含汞離子廢水的處理。關(guān)鍵詞廢水處理;氫氧化鎂:鎳離子;鉻離子;錫離子哈爾濱工業(yè)大學(xué)工程碩士

4、ThepurposeofthisworkistoestablishthetheoreticalandexperimentalfoundationfortheapplicationofMg(OH)2watertreatmentreagentinindustrialwastewatertreatment.First,theefficiency,characteristicandexperimentconditionsofthetreatmentofacidicwastewatercontainingnickelion,chromiumion,cadmiumio
5、nandmercuryionarestudiedsystematically.Theoptimaltechnicalconditionsaredetermined.ThemixedacidicwastewaterandactualelectroplatingwastewaterarealsotreatedbyusingMg(OH)2.ThemechanismoftreatmentofheavymetalsusingMg(OH)2isexaminedbyusingtheexperimentsofisothermaladsorptionandXRD.Theca
6、pacityofsaturationadsorptionisobtained.TheresultsindicatethattheadsorptionofheavymetalionsinthesurfaceofMg(OH)2istypicalchemicaladsorptionandtheadsorptiontendisentirelyaccordingtothelawofLangmuir'sisothermaladsorption.Second,thereuseofMg(OH)2inthetreatmentofheavymetalionwastewater
7、isfirstlystudiedinthisthesis.Theresultsindicatethattheacidicheavymetalionwastewatercanstillbetreatedrepeatedlyusinglight-burnedMg(OH)2whichhadadsorbednickelionorchromiumionorcadmiumion.Third,TheanalyticalresultsofXRDindicatethatMg(OH)2whichhadadsorbednickelion,chromiumionorcadmium
8、ionchangesintoMgOmostlywhenitisbu
