2、處理劑,構(gòu)建了適用于深水鉆井的聚胺高性能鉆井液體系,并對(duì)其進(jìn)行了綜合性能評(píng)價(jià)。結(jié)果表明,該鉆井液可抗150℃高溫,且低溫流變性優(yōu)良,2℃和25℃的表觀黏度比和動(dòng)切力比分別為1.36和1.14;其抑制頁(yè)巖水化分散效果與油基鉆井液相當(dāng),體現(xiàn)了其強(qiáng)抑制特性;在模擬1500m水深的海底低溫高壓(1.7℃,17.41MPa)條件下,具備120h抑制水合物生成的能力;抗鈣、抗劣土污染能力較強(qiáng);無(wú)生物毒性,能滿足深水鉆井環(huán)保要求。其主要性能指標(biāo)基本達(dá)到了用于深水鉆井的同類鉆井液水平,可滿足深水鉆井要求。關(guān)鍵詞:深水鉆井聚胺鉆井液鉆井液添加劑鉆井液性能天然氣水合物中圖分類號(hào):TE254文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼
