1、合肥工業(yè)大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文直齒輪冷鍛成形技術(shù)及其數(shù)值模擬研究姓名:楊保年申請學(xué)位級別:碩士專業(yè):材料加工工程指導(dǎo)教師:劉全坤;史翔2002.6.28摘要直齒圓柱齒輪是汽車及機械行業(yè)中應(yīng)用極為廣泛的重要傳動零件,其形狀復(fù)器,材質(zhì)、尺寸精度、表面質(zhì)量及綜合機械性能均要求很高。本文以直齒輪冷鍛成形作為研究對象,開展直齒輪冷鍛成形工藝與成形過程的數(shù)值模擬研究,對于#富和發(fā)展冷鍛成形工藝理論與技術(shù),提高直齒輪零件冷精鍛成形工藝設(shè)計水平和成形件質(zhì)量,優(yōu)化模具結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)具有重要意義。直齒輪的冷鍛成形,屬于復(fù)雜的三維變形,多種因素影響齒輪的成形和精度。奉丈利用
2、彈塑性有限元分析軟件ANSYS對成形過程進行了數(shù)值模擬,分析研究了分流口直徑大小對成形過程中的成形力和齒形充填性的影響;提出了凸模端面形狀函數(shù)概念,并具體分析了端面形狀函數(shù)對齒形充填性和材料變形不均勻性的影響;獲取了成形過程中的應(yīng)力應(yīng)變場、位移場及金屬流動情況,分析了變形規(guī)律,探討了主要因素對齒輪成形和精度的影響,對直齒輪冷鍛成形工藝及模具設(shè)汁起到了重要的指導(dǎo)作用。在數(shù)值模擬分析結(jié)果的基礎(chǔ)上,應(yīng)用精密塑性成形理論,對直齒輪的冷鍛成形工藝和模具結(jié)構(gòu)進行了合理設(shè)計。指出運用鍛造分流原理是有效降低工作載荷的重要途徑,采用帶傾角凸??梢源蟠蟾纳讫X輪
