2、有直井和一般水平井無(wú)法比擬的技術(shù)優(yōu)勢(shì)。然而由于其水平段較長(zhǎng)、鉆遇巖性的復(fù)雜多樣、鉆井液和鉆具與地層接觸時(shí)間長(zhǎng)等因素使得在鉆進(jìn)和固井過(guò)程中存在很多技術(shù)難題。為提高長(zhǎng)水平段水平井的鉆井技術(shù)水平,首先對(duì)鉆進(jìn)和固井中的技術(shù)難題做了歸納總結(jié),再對(duì)不同的技術(shù)難題做了原因分析,認(rèn)為長(zhǎng)水平段水平井的鉆進(jìn)技術(shù)難題主要由水平段過(guò)長(zhǎng)造成,而固井技術(shù)難題主要是由水平段延伸方向與套管和水泥漿的重力方向垂直或近似垂直造成;最后結(jié)合現(xiàn)場(chǎng)實(shí)踐提出了優(yōu)化井眼軌跡,優(yōu)化鉆井液、水泥漿性能,優(yōu)化鉆進(jìn)、固井工具組合,優(yōu)化套管下入方法等技術(shù)措施,提高了鉆進(jìn)效率和固井質(zhì)量,對(duì)今后長(zhǎng)水平段水平井的鉆進(jìn)和固井
