2、重晶石進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化。通過電勢(shì)影響和流變性實(shí)驗(yàn)確定出表面活化劑(RAB)的最佳加量,并在此基礎(chǔ)上,以經(jīng)典堆積理論為基礎(chǔ),采用Dinger-Funk分布方程計(jì)算出不同分布模數(shù)下的粒度范圍,通過大量室內(nèi)實(shí)驗(yàn),確定出最佳粒度級(jí)配。通過優(yōu)化生產(chǎn)工藝生產(chǎn)出工業(yè)級(jí)的特殊重晶石,在四川地區(qū)多口高壓深井氣井進(jìn)行了應(yīng)用,成功配制出超高密度水基鉆井液(密度≥2.65g/cm)?,F(xiàn)場(chǎng)應(yīng)用結(jié)果表明,以特殊重晶石加重的超高密度水基鉆井液,具有加重密度高、流變性可控、抗鹽水侵等特點(diǎn),滿足實(shí)際施工需要,具有較高的推廣價(jià)值。關(guān)鍵詞:水基鉆井液;超高密度;加重劑;重晶石活化;粒度級(jí)配中圖分類號(hào):TE254文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼:AStudy
