1、哈爾濱工業(yè)大學(xué)工學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文摘要采用溶膠凝膠法制備了分別摻雜DyEr的BaTi偽陶瓷,摻雜摩爾分?jǐn)?shù)分別為0.001,0.002,0.003,0.005,0.007的BaTi03陶瓷,并對其結(jié)構(gòu)、導(dǎo)電性和介電性的變化進(jìn)行了研究,XRD結(jié)果表明:DyEr摻雜BaTi03陶瓷的晶相,仍為四方相。通過DyEr對BaTiO3陶瓷的摻雜,使其導(dǎo)電性發(fā)生了明顯的變化。當(dāng)Dy的摻雜摩爾分?jǐn)?shù)為0.005時,室溫電阻率從純BaTiO3的2.6X10"Q。。下降為4.19X1少0·m,然后隨著摻雜濃度的增加有所上升,呈現(xiàn)U型變化曲線。當(dāng)Er的摻雜摩爾分?jǐn)?shù)為0.007時,室溫電阻率為1.85X1
