1、摘要隨著我國鐵路運輸系統(tǒng)的不斷提速,為充分保證列車安全運行。提高機(jī)車車輛行走安全可靠性是十分重要的問題。其中牽引電機(jī)軸承、軸箱軸承、主發(fā)電機(jī)軸承等的良好運行狀態(tài)是確保列車安全運行的重要條件。因此,對軸承故障的診斷一直是受關(guān)注的一個課題。故障特征的提取關(guān)系到故障診斷的可靠性和準(zhǔn)確性,是機(jī)械設(shè)備故障診斷中的關(guān)鍵問題,而且是機(jī)械設(shè)備故障診斷的瓶頸所在。論文介紹了機(jī)車軸承故障的成因、基本形式和振動模型,分析比較了當(dāng)前已有的機(jī)車軸承故障診斷的理論與方法。針對軸承故障振動加速度信號的非線性、非平穩(wěn)性,論文采用基于EMD(經(jīng)驗?zāi)B(tài)分解)的時
