3、是鍋臺(tái)金半固態(tài)成形的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)之一。本文在概述半固態(tài)坯料制備方法研究現(xiàn)狀艙基蓉爨~t-,提出半固態(tài)坯料制備方法的優(yōu)化措施,分別采用低溫鑄造法和電磁攪拌方法制備亞共黥鎬硅合金半固態(tài)坯料。對(duì)低溫鑄造和電磁攪拌時(shí)菲棱潞縫織秘形成枧理進(jìn)行了分析探討。磷究表明,優(yōu)化低濫鑄造翻電磁攪拌的工藝參數(shù),戇夠利備性能優(yōu)越憋拳固態(tài)坯料。針對(duì)低溫鑄造方法制取的坯料中存在的縮松缺陷,本文提出采用吹入氮?dú)馓庤姆椒?,秘&是逶過(guò)氣泡群懿運(yùn)動(dòng)來(lái)誘發(fā)液體的環(huán)漉運(yùn)動(dòng),從而促進(jìn)液體的流動(dòng),增加金屬的補(bǔ)縮能力,從而減少縮松甚至使其游失。通過(guò)數(shù)值推導(dǎo)和模擬試
