2、的基礎(chǔ)上,選定氮源、HO和木屑的添加量3個(gè)影響顯著性因素進(jìn)行響應(yīng)面優(yōu)化實(shí)驗(yàn)研究,得到最優(yōu)實(shí)驗(yàn)條件,并建立了土壤石油殘留率與各激活劑添加量的二次回歸方程。結(jié)果表明,石油污染土壤生物修復(fù)的最佳實(shí)驗(yàn)條件為C/N質(zhì)量比24.6、HzO的加入量(質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù))0.32,木屑加入量2.9;在此條件下,石油污染土壤強(qiáng)化修復(fù)30d后的石油殘留率的理論值達(dá)43.6(以修復(fù)前土壤樣品的石油烴含量為基準(zhǔn)),驗(yàn)證值為42.4,兩者相差不大,該模型能用于預(yù)測(cè)和分析添加激活劑強(qiáng)化修復(fù)石油污染土壤的情況。關(guān)鍵詞:激活劑;石油污染
