1、碳納米管.銀.石墨電接觸復(fù)合材料的摩擦磨損性能研究摘要本試驗(yàn)采用粉末冶會(huì)方法制備碳納米管.銀.石墨復(fù)合材料,初壓壓力200MPa,在H2保護(hù)氣氛下燒結(jié)并保溫1h,復(fù)壓壓力400MPa制得復(fù)合利料。復(fù)合材料中石墨和碳納米管分布均勻,沒(méi)有明顯孔洞和團(tuán)聚現(xiàn)象發(fā)生。研究了電流密度(O-25A/era2)對(duì)復(fù)合材料電磨損性能的影響。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:隨著電流密度增大,發(fā)熱量增大,粘著磨損加劇,接觸表面的接觸方式發(fā)生改變,導(dǎo)致收縮電阻和過(guò)渡電阻減小,接觸電壓降略有上升;隨著電流密度的增大,潤(rùn)滑膜遭到破壞。導(dǎo)致復(fù)合材料的摩擦系數(shù)增大、
2、磨損量增大;比較電刷幣、負(fù)極磨損量可以發(fā)現(xiàn),由于接觸表面的理化反應(yīng)和金屬轉(zhuǎn)移的存在,導(dǎo)致正刷磨損量大于負(fù)刷磨損量,正刷磨損量隨電流密度增大而成倍增長(zhǎng),而負(fù)刷磨損量與電流密度關(guān)系不大,電流密度越大磨損極性的差異越明顯;研究了圓周速度(5.15m/s)對(duì)復(fù)合材料電磨損性能的影響。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:當(dāng)壓力一定時(shí),隨著圓周速度的增大,復(fù)合材料的接觸電壓降略有增加,而圓周速度增大到一定值后,接觸電壓降和磨損量急劇增加并伴有火花磨損出現(xiàn);壓力較小時(shí)(1N/cm2)圓周速度為7.5m/s時(shí)就出現(xiàn)電火花,壓力較大時(shí)(2.5N/cm2)圓
3、周速度為15m/s出現(xiàn)電火花。在圓周速度不變的條件下,接觸電壓降先升后降最后趨于穩(wěn)定:隨著速度的增大機(jī)械磨損的摩擦系數(shù)有所下降,而電磨損的摩擦系數(shù)隨著速度的增大反而增大;電磨損磨損量隨速度增大增大,而機(jī)械磨損的磨損量隨速度的增大反而減?。簷C(jī)械磨損的相對(duì)磨損率隨著速度的增大而減小,而電磨損相對(duì)磨損率出現(xiàn)了最小值,這是由于電刷壓力、電流、溫度等因素綜合作用的結(jié)果。關(guān)鍵詞:碳納米管一銀一石墨復(fù)合材料;電流;圓周速度;磨損量;接觸電壓降;摩擦系數(shù)TheStudyofFrictionandWearPropertiesofCNT
