2、影響機(jī)理,提出超高密度水基鉆井液性能調(diào)控思路,研究了有機(jī)鹽weight3對(duì)高密度鉆井液性能的影響,進(jìn)行了無黏土有機(jī)鹽體系中的降濾失劑和封堵劑的優(yōu)選實(shí)驗(yàn),室內(nèi)優(yōu)選出密度為2.80g/cm的有機(jī)鹽水基鉆井液體系并對(duì)其進(jìn)行室內(nèi)評(píng)價(jià)。該體系的表觀黏度小于100mPa·S,高溫高壓濾失量小于15mL,評(píng)價(jià)表明:體系的熱穩(wěn)定性好,可抗160℃高溫;具有良好動(dòng)力穩(wěn)定性,室溫下放置24h后,上下鉆井液的密度差為0.03g/cm;抗污染能力強(qiáng),能抗5%NaC1、1%石膏和5%劣質(zhì)土,體系的綜合性能可滿足現(xiàn)場(chǎng)需要。關(guān)鍵詞:超高密
