1、摘要摘要火力發(fā)電廠中各類大型風(fēng)機(jī)、水泵是最主要的耗電設(shè)備。這些設(shè)備長(zhǎng)期連續(xù)運(yùn)行并常常處于變負(fù)荷運(yùn)行狀態(tài),風(fēng)機(jī)風(fēng)量的調(diào)整靠其入口的風(fēng)門擋板來調(diào)節(jié),效率低,造成巨大的能源浪費(fèi)。本文針對(duì)包頭第二熱電廠的實(shí)際情況,詳細(xì)搜集了廠內(nèi)的耗能設(shè)備的數(shù)據(jù)資料,通過分析各項(xiàng)經(jīng)濟(jì)指標(biāo)及完成情況,得出在節(jié)能技術(shù)改造時(shí)應(yīng)重點(diǎn)針對(duì)電廠風(fēng)機(jī)、水泵等輔機(jī)設(shè)備。分析了風(fēng)機(jī)類設(shè)備調(diào)速的基本原理,對(duì)改造的節(jié)能效果進(jìn)行了估算。通過對(duì)離心風(fēng)機(jī)的結(jié)構(gòu)和節(jié)能方法分析,比較了多種調(diào)速方法的特點(diǎn),確定變頻調(diào)速是引風(fēng)機(jī)有效的技術(shù)節(jié)能手段,并提出設(shè)備變
2、頻技術(shù)改造的具體方案。從引風(fēng)機(jī)的節(jié)能原理出發(fā),確定了對(duì)應(yīng)的變頻系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)和參數(shù)。最后,給出了變頻器操作流程和注意事項(xiàng),并對(duì)改造前、后的效果進(jìn)行了對(duì)比,證明采用變頻調(diào)速控制方式將大大提高風(fēng)機(jī)設(shè)備的運(yùn)行效率,改善風(fēng)機(jī)工況,達(dá)到了節(jié)能降耗、降低生產(chǎn)成本的目的,直接和間接經(jīng)濟(jì)效益十分明顯。關(guān)鍵詞:電廠,功率設(shè)備,引風(fēng)機(jī),變頻調(diào)速,節(jié)能I摘要ABSTRACTVarioustypesoflargefansandpumpsarethemainpowerequipmentinthermalpowerplants.Lo
