1、摘要非瞀利租械乃現(xiàn)代社舍中日益重要的社畬橫棒,它稹棰的搪負(fù)起捕捕社舍需求和政府供袷圈落差的角色。而非管利租械領(lǐng)溥者的倜人特賞、使命感、領(lǐng)尊能力、領(lǐng)尊凰格,以及領(lǐng)尊策略,封祖徽楹瞀管理的藕效影警至大,甚至攸麗整倜租械的典衰。本研究主旨即在研究非瞀利粗撒領(lǐng)尊行屬輿徂械稹效。以‘頜尊行屬j輿‘徂械植效J屬燮項(xiàng),參考Halpin(1987)的LBDQ(領(lǐng)尊行屬量表),藍(lán)依撩領(lǐng)洋行屬輿徂械植效之理輸建椿同卷,以妻灣地匿之非瞀利租械的領(lǐng)尊者輿祖械成員屬研究物件,屬塞灣≥}瞀利祖械的租械特性、領(lǐng)尊者的倜人特賃,以及非瞀利租械領(lǐng)嚳
2、者的領(lǐng)尊行屬封租械橫效之影警做探究性研究。本研究有效同卷回收率屬47.4%,楹由梳計(jì)分析蹄糸內(nèi)輸黠如下:(1)非管利祖械領(lǐng)尊者所重視的人格特貿(mào)舍隨疇代的不同而改燮:(2)非瞀利徂械領(lǐng)釋者所重祝的領(lǐng)尊能力含隨社舍燮遙而增畏:(3)探用‘高麗馕高陰宜
