1、浙江大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文摘要\、r晤性炭吸附法廣泛應(yīng)用于有機(jī)廢氣的凈化,當(dāng)廢氣中存在多種組分時(shí),吸附情況變得復(fù)雜了。針對(duì)E腳4、制革、涂料等行業(yè)的排放尾氣中廣泛含有苯、甲苯和乙酸乙酯等有機(jī)物質(zhì),】本文對(duì)活性炭吸附法治理此類尾氣的動(dòng)力學(xué)進(jìn)行了試驗(yàn)研究,并對(duì)固定床吸附器操作參數(shù)的優(yōu)化進(jìn)行了探索,以備工程設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)參考。實(shí)驗(yàn)表明,純組分的吸附平衡與Langmuir方程非常吻合。多組分吸附的情況下,由于各組分之間的互相競(jìng)爭(zhēng)和干涉,吸附能力強(qiáng)的組分能置換已被吸附的其它組分,使得各組分的穿透曲線發(fā)生明顯變化。吸附能力相對(duì)較弱的組分的穿J,'透點(diǎn)明顯提前,而吸附能力較強(qiáng)的組分的穿透時(shí)間則推遲了。對(duì)多組分吸附平衡,
2、本文分別利用E.L方程和IAST理論進(jìn)行理論預(yù)測(cè)和分析,并與實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果進(jìn)行比較。結(jié)果表明,雖然E.L方程對(duì)吸附總量的預(yù)測(cè)與實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果較為吻合,但它對(duì)各個(gè)組分吸附量的預(yù)測(cè)卻經(jīng)常產(chǎn)生正負(fù)偏差,平均誤差常在20%以上。而IAST較好地消除了這種正負(fù)偏差,平均誤差不超過(guò)10%,與實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果更為吻合。對(duì)操作參數(shù)的研究表明,溫度升高、氣速過(guò)大或濕度增大將使活性炭吸附容量下降。適當(dāng)?shù)牟僮鞣秶牵簻囟仍?0"C以內(nèi),氣速在0.1~O.5m/s之間,濕度最好不超過(guò)40%。在此范圍內(nèi),壓降與氣速的關(guān)系基本符合Ergun方程。關(guān)鍵詞:多組分吸附,苯,甲苯,乙酸乙酯,穿透曲線,E-L方程,IAST磁{緣,布新墻幻/浙江大
